Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take a deposit?
We ask for a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings. The balance for your wedding will be due 30 days prior to your date unless otherwise agreed.
Can we request songs?
Yes! All our packages include unlimited requests from our existing repertoire. We can also learn additional songs for you depending on the package you have booked.
When can we book?
The sooner the better! We are taking bookings now up to 2026 but we still have availability throughout 2025 and a few last minute dates in 2024 so get in touch!
What happens on the day?
We will arrive around an hour before the agreed start time and liaise with the wedding organiser/venue staff to make sure we’re in the right place and ready to start on time.
Can we add more time?
If you would like to add more time or add music to another part of the day in advance then just ask - we can usually accommodate this! We include up to an hour for delays at no extra cost, however, if things are running later than this or you decide on the day that you’d like us to stay longer this can sometimes be arranged for an additional fee.
Where do you travel?
We include travel costs for all weddings within 50 miles of our home address. Most of our bookings fall within this area but we’re happy to travel anywhere else with travel costs added on.
